In 3 days we ate there 3 times!!! The food is soooooo goooood and the service is friendly and helpful. The owner is professional but maybe needs to be more friendly and welcoming when guests walk in. They clearly have their regulars and maybe sometimes even celebrities I wouldn’t recognize any local or German celebrities), but everyone I believe should get the same friendly welcome not just them. Their Kaisershmarn is delicious but make sure you order it when you have hour main as it could take up to 20 to 25 minutes but it’s worth the wait. The location has an exceptional view.

One of the nicest “Tiroler” restaurants in the area, especially in summer when you can sit outside in the garden. I had a good herb salad and veal, my husband had the fried bio chicken which was too dry. Staff is very friendly and competent, the rest rooms are clean. Unfortunately dogs are allowed also inside, and with all the tables being really close one to another I had dinner while smelling the (big) dog’s breath which is disgusting. This has happened before so we’ll only come back in summer .

You receive meal which tastes like it was frozen. Once you gibt feedback, the restaurant owner is very unfriendly. The waitresses defend guests in front of the restaurant owner. Do not waste time and money here and go to a good restaurant next time to taste Austrian food!

After two weeks in quarantine we decided to try the “delivery service” offered by Steuerberg. It was excellent and a real treat after being confined to ones home for the last many days.

We had our Christmas dinner here and the food was very good, also the atmosphere and the service was excellent.
