Wiseguys - Reservar uma mesa

Wise Guys has always been a must go there place for dinner on our frequent trips to Hilton Head. The food is always rewarding and service exceptional until last night. Service was marginal at best, rather slow and non attentive. Drinks were slow (especially the second beer) and only three of the four dinners arrived timely. My dinner came about twenty minutes after the others were served with only a here is your dinner and sorry from someone who was not our server. The plate was hot (the lasagna not so and part of the pasta was burnt). No explanation on why, no wait while I tried it, nothing ever from our server who came to the table about five minutes after the wrong dinner was returned. I...

The worst restaurant experience we have ever had on HHI! We had to ask multiple servers multiple times just to get water refills as we waited on our food which took over an hour to arrive. Lasagna sides were burned to a crisp and noodles were rubbery in the middle. Sauce was cold. Other meals were okay, but nothing amazing. Neither the server or the manager provided what could be considered an apology or an explanation, although the manager did comp a portion of the meal. We ate at Frankie Bones nextdoor earlier during our stay. Friendly and fast service and excellent food! That will be where we return, NOT Wise Guys!

Very cool atmosphere…and pretty busy both at the bar and the tables. We had the shrimp and calamari appetizer. Simply the best we have ever had…and we always get calamari. Not chewy and doesn’t taste fried really…Thai sauce is out of this world. Also had short rib lasagna…excellent dish…just wanted more of it. Staff was very friendly. We had a great meal.

We were seated quickly even though we didn't have reservations (Didn't think about it). Service was great and fast. I had the ribeye while my wife had prime rib. We both agree that it was the best tasting we have had in a LONG time. She had the creme brulee flight for desert which was also good. Definitely recommend.

The atmosphere was very nice and we had a booth that you could look over the bar. The porthouse steak we got was tough and really had no flavor. For the price we paid it was not a good value. My husband and I had aged steak before and this one didn't see to be aged.
