Wok - Reservar uma mesa

I arrived Sunday for an early dinner, ordering a Thai Pasta bowl. It took minutes to arrive and when it was presented, it was lukewarm. I asked them for a fresh platter and the waitress simply microwaved the existing dish. It was delivered to...me with what was supposed to be a fresh lemon slice that had turned brown from the microwave. I told them again I wanted a fresh meal and they told me I had ordered the last one. No apology, no attempt to perform service recovery. I ordered another dish and by the time I was finally able to eat, I had been waiting for nearly hours. I asked for a small discount off the bill because of the inconvenience and the waitress literally laughed and walked away...

We were in need of a place to dine on a Sunday night where not many places were open. Our hotel staff recommended trying this place as it was open and was only a short walk from our hotel. We were able to be seated...quickly. The menu was quite varied with multiple Asian specialities. Two of us ordered a Pad Thai and another ordered beef soup. The food was tasty and reasonably priced by American standards

Food was delicious but service was very very poor. The waitresses do not ou attention to the clients, the main courses took forever to arrive. BUT FOOD WAS DELICIOUS! The portobelo appetizer and Vietnam rolls were just perfect!

Had to wait minutes to get a seat, but it was well worth the wait. We had the Spicy Phad Thai con Camarones and Mandarin Calamari. Service was great as was the food. Try to get a seat on the patio as it is...more private.

Great food! We have gone countless times and the one thing we have noticed is that the service has consistently diminished from our first times of going. Why no location in Cartagena????
