Wok House Mil Palmeras

This restaurant is not good at all. I have been visiting many Asian buffets across Europe and in US, however this is one is worst I’ve ever been. Food taste like rubbish (beef doesn’t even taste like beef, meat has no fiber at all, I don’t even know what was that), soups are awful (I took spicy Thai soup which tasted like cheap instant soup), chicken was same like beef no taste at all. Fish was disgusting (soaked with oil and overcooked). Some appetizers were just ok (I.e., duck with orange, Thai triangles), but that’s it. It was worst Chinese food we have ever had. Portions very tiny. Food very oily. Soup comes with one small prawn, and two tiny shells. Vietnamese rolls tasted like old burn oil. Noodles didn’t have taste at all. Duck so small and with just a bit of sauce. Hot sushi same , I can taste old oil more than anything else. And garlic prawns I always had in different places with burning oil when they bringing to you , here just few prawns very small , dry , swim in Half cold oil . The food was good, some dishes better than others. The prices are ok if you're someone that can eat a bit more and can make the most out of the 15 euro price. Be aware that drinks are not included in the price so you will have to pay extra for them, even for water. Takeaway prices are too expensive so I wouldn't recommend that option, we only ordered from the takeaway menu because we had to. Overall a good place to go to with a nice decor.

After being in there for just under an hour and no food coming at all, apart from two terrible bowls of rice and noodles we decided to leave, terrible service, not enough staff, dirty tables left for ages, used to be good here, not any more, much better places just up the road for same amounts of money, this place really isn’t even worth 1*…….

Waiting staff didn't explain how ordering worked, just handed a tablet. You have to order on a qr code and it is delivered by robot. Good food for a Wok but strange atmosphere!
