Wood Street Ramen - Reservar uma mesa

Ordered the Tonkotsu and the sloppy Joe baos. The bases were good. But the Tonkotsu was very bland. The broth had no depth, the meat tasted like unseasonal meat, and I had asked to be very spicy, but there was absolutely no spices in it. I had to smoke in the fridge for soy sauce and hot sauce to make it pleasant. I didn't finish it, and I'm excited to waste food as a rule. And why is the meat in such big pieces? Should they not bite size to be easily consumed with chipsticks?

I had some great rams and some knights here. When you catch them on a day when the broth is full of taste and the ramen eggs are perfectly marinated, you are for a treat. Catch them on a bad day and you will regret to pay $20 for a watery bowl noodles, a piece of pork and a boiled egg. That means the baby is always good.

Good food! The soft boiled egg and chicken frames were great. Needed to add the sauce other wise rather mild taste. Good servings at the price! Cool funky...

Hilarious Lady works there. I said a funny joke while I was on order and was very friendly. Food was rich and delicious.
