Woolsey Creek Bistro

This was my first time in Revelstoke and the Wolosey Creek Restaurant came up number one in Tripadvisor reviews. There are limited choices in Revelstoke for dining, but this restaurant would rank high in any major metropolitan area. It was a funky/cool down to earth vibe. The menu choices are creative, prepared amazingly well with beautiful presentation. I had the venison loin and it did not disappoint. The wine list had excellent choices of local BC vineyards as well as great international selections. Our server, Jenise was knowledgeable, pleasant and on top of everything. This was a fantastic find!

Posted on my own page .... This was one of the best soups I've ever had. Parsnip Soup in Braised Rabbit stock. OMG, I'm drooling just thinking about it. It was so awesome, I managed to get past the fact that it was a poor little wabbit. I even asked the waitress if the chef shared his recipes but she said he didn't. : Everyone we talked to at the B&B we stayed at in Revelstoke the Courthouse Inn, which was amazing in itself) were dining there every chance they got. Incredible, friendly staff too. I highly recommend the Woolsey Creek Bistro if you are ever there!

We celebrated my wife's 40th here. Locally sourced and prepared with care for the environment, the food is excellent without being pretentious. The ambiance is semi-casual, warm, but elegant. Our service with Marie service was impeccable. They even prepared a personalized cake for the occasion, which was absolutely decadent. 5 stars, hands down!
