Using individual pot for self cooking is hygienic and no more mess sharing with others .I found that the meat is exposed openly and that is not healthy at all. The temp is not maintain and I saw other customer using their hand !The management should work on the ventilation system. The floor is little slippery !!! The second floor is not a good idea for All You Can Eat ...... is dangerous as I see some senior having problem bring food up .The quality of the food variety is normal and the price is over price too. My wife and I have had hot pot in Chengdu. This is the closest we have come to the real thing outside of Chengdu. This restaurant has somehow borrowed the name Xiangzi. We asked about that and whether they are affiliated with Xiangzi in Chengdu evidently not. The decor is excellent; they have really done a fine job to give a very authentic feel to the restaurant. There is a second floor, but we did not go up there. You can choose a soup base. I chose the sour and spicy fish base. A few others in our group had the bone and mushroom base. This is a restaurant where you pick out raw ingredients at a large buffet and cook it yourself at your table in boiling vats of soups. It is fun to do. The selection of types of foods and ingredients are tremendous. The restaurant atmosphere is very nice.It is a little pricey. I have eaten many times in China at this type of restaurant and there are a couple of things I liked there that this restaurant did not have despite the huge variety it did have. In my opinion, there are tastier hot pot restaurants in the area but none of those restaurants have as pretty and well maintained dining environment.

Very ethnic, sort of need a regular to walk you through. A group pot or individual pots, the heating element at our table was a little wonky. Dip in various proteins and greens for blanching and added flavour. A small buffet of prepared foods, on the exotic side. Make your own dipping sauce. Can pay extra for premium cut beef and pork. Overall pricey for what is essentially basic home fare in China, the kind of meals folks share with family. Pro-tip, you don’t eat the soup broth afterwards, it’s just for cooking in. The decor is excellent. The hot pot has a good selection of ingredients and the staffs are very helpful. Would have preferred, if how it works and how they charge a guest were clearly mentioned in English, and if the staffs were able to communicate a little better. We did not realize that after paying for the buffet we have to pay for the soup base. Having said, the overall experience was good. Both the soup bases, Stewed Mushroom and Bones” and “Nutritious Tomato” that we ordered were delicious.

I absolutely loved this restaurant. The variety of food options was impressive and I had a great time trying out different dishes with my friend. We stayed for a long time just to sample everything. I left feeling incredibly happy and relaxed. The staff was friendly and accommodating. I definitely plan on bringing my friends and family back. My favorite dishes were the duck feet and pig's ears. The desserts looked tempting, but unfortunately I couldn't try any due to allergies.

Food was mediocre lots of animal inerds and cheap stuff. Charged everyone $38.99 then had the nerve to charge another $6 each for the broth. Except for the decor nothing else was worth the price. Saw some u tube visitors saying how great it was must be a paid for ad. Don’t go to the place if you want good food there are some much better places with better food. They didn’t even have good deserts. Stay far away we are never going back!!!!

I came here for lunch and had a great time. The meat quality was decent for the price, and they offer a variety of non-hot pot dishes that most other all-you-can-eat hotpot restaurants don't have. Excellent hotpot. We went there three times in two months. The mushroom and bone soup base is delicious. The buffet has good options for everyone.
