X's O's Sports Lounge Grill Of Palos Heights

Generally we love this place. Their beer garden is awesome (when the weather is nice) and the staff is usually very attentive. The food is very good too. I only gave three stars because of our last experience.We placed our drink order and told the waitress we would be sitting outside. She said that would be alright and came out a few minutes later with our drinks and asked if we were ready to order food. We told her we needed a few minutes and she didn't come back out to take our order for another 30 minutes. She had been talking the whole time with a couple regulars, and that's fine, but there were only 5 people in the entire restaurant. We told her we changed our minds and left to eat some...

Very bad experience. My son has been sick since we ate there that day. First time there to grab lunch and watch Bears/Packers game. It was packed with people watching the game and only one (very hardworking and visibly stressed) waitress working the entire floor. I could see only one bartender as well. Very long wait for drinks, even longer for the food. We ordered burgers and fries, the burgers were a bit more pink than I'd like but we were so hungry after waiting we ate. Within twelve hours we both felt sick, he spent the night in the bathroom vomiting. Obviously never going back.

I visited this restaurant one afternoon and really enjoyed my experience. I typically choose to sit at a table or stand, and I always hope to have Silvia as my server. She’s not only beautiful but also incredibly friendly and provides quick service. I always look forward to seeing her whenever I go to X's and O's. However, I do find the prices on the higher side.

The food was too sour for me to even explain why I'm giving this review. The burger was undercooked, and the mushrooms were served ice cold. I returned it, but the replacement burger was not what I originally ordered. I sent that back as well. I won’t be returning. Reserve uma mesa agora

Great family place especially for the Holidays and the very successful summer St. Jude fundraiser event! The great group of young ladies who really love working together give great service with a wide smile only at X'S and O'S year round! AKA Chris L.

Good place; it was a busy night so service was a little slow at first, but made up for it with the food served hot, drinks refilled, and check brought timely. Seemed like a local crowd of regulars.

Chicago Bears Game Day. Place is full. A waitress, a bar. Help must be hard to find. Nothing like 15-20 waiting for a drink. Reserve uma mesa agora
