Yaprak Kitchen - Reservar uma mesa

Came here tonight and shared a £56 main course with another person. Half way through found a massive black hair I’m blonde) Manager came out and argued that nobody in the kitchen had hair that long even though our waitress did. Food was given back yet still full priced on the bill and service charge was still kept on. Paid in full however last time they get a penny out of me and will make sure the word is spread about this! Food that I managed to eat before the hair was extremely average, even had to ask for a sharper knife to cut through the lamb pieces as was so tough. Thought the place being empty was due to it being a Tuesday but now I’m thinking it’s because of the quality!

The food at this restaurant was fantastic! The staff, especially the gentleman who served us, were very friendly and made our experience enjoyable. The decor was lovely and added to the overall ambiance. There is a strip in front of the restaurant for parking, but it can get crowded depending on the time of day. There is also parking available on the side roads, although I'm not sure if it is free as I was dropped off and did not drive myself. The restaurant is conveniently located across from the library.

Poor service, starters on our table for 50 mins. Our mains took 1 hour 45 mins to arrive and they were all cold. Would never come back.

Great atmosphere. The service is good and the staff are friendly. The food is delicious, although it can be a bit pricey.

Beautiful location, excellent service, dropped a star due to prolonged waits for drinks and food.
