I canceled my order. I wouldn't recommend this place. They are busy, I give them that, but wait over 35mins for 6 Bagels with nothing on them is about terrible service. There were also several people waiting and girls at the counter seem to giggle more than to work with a line in the store almost out of the door. When I asked what my order was, the girls seemed sweet to talk, but their hands always flew up and the rugs then hit their sides as if they didn't want me to ask for my order. This was the first time I came in here and it'll be the last.
So I just moved to the area and I went here to have some breakfast. I can tell you that the bagels are very good, very fresh and all the ingredients that they use for their food in general is very high quality. Also, I love their illy cold brew iced coffee as well. So this is definitely going to be my go-to spot for bagels and breakfast! Which I highly recommend this place to anybody that likes bagels and breakfast food!
He was waiting for 2 bagels for 35 minutes while the front staff is standing there and not helping in the back. Several people got their orders before I ordered them. All that's waiting for food is worse than a Wawa-sizzly. Not to mention that they have not even tapped one of the two Bagels when it says on the coveted reception. Staff must change, or management, or both. Would not recommend and not return.
Alway have a wide range of bagels. I love her French toast, pumpernickel, marble vertebrae and blueberry. The staff is always friendly. Usually I buy a few dozen at a time to freeze them for my family's daily breakfast. They are always beautiful and give me freezer bags to separate them and freeze them.
