Everyone raves that Yellow Bernard serves the best coffee in Hobart. I've come again to catch this enthusiasm. However for me, the coffee had a spice taste to it, not offensive but different from what I usually enjoy. I am no coffee guru. Perhaps this is the authentic way a coffee should taste. For me, there are other coffee roasts that float my boat. The staff are friendly & welcoming. The macarons are super moorish & worth the treat.

The queue of humanity snaking its way out the door into the morning sun was a fair sign that Yellow Bernard are doing something right! It was a simple order; an espresso and a macaron. They delivered in spades! Other favourites around town include Capulus, Zimmah and Bury Me Standing, but Yellow Bernard are definitely up there with the best! forkandfoot.com

Melhor café que bombardei em Hobart. Localização perfeita no coração da cidade, por isso, se você veio com uma correção de cafeína, definitivamente entrar! Eles não oferecem muito a caminho de comer, por isso é menos café e mais café especial.

Visiting Hobart & had high expectations of the coffee based on reviews and when I saw they use bonsoy but my take away soy latte was weak, thin, untextured & a colder than needed for soy. In the end I had to bin it ..pity
