Yenuina Laboratorio De Pasta

Typical restaurant with main menu proposal pasta from artisan laboratory. We ordered four first courses, of which good spaghetti alla nerano; tagliatelle alla bolognese good but with too much sauce and served not at the right temperature, the sauce was almost cold; ravioli with ricotta and spinach and chopped hazelnuts, I think the portion is too small for the price paid 20 euros, not very tasty, with very little ricotta and too much spinach, I didn't like it very much; a carbonara for my celiac son, I asked for the courtesy of cooking gluten-free pasta provided by me, quite good. For drinks, two glasses of Italian wine. Two local espressos, and good quality amaro meloncello and limoncello....

Restaurante muy recomendable, los espagueti carbonara buenísimos. Y el tiramisú espectacular. El personal del local muy amable y atentos. Volveremos sin duda.
