Definitely the worst customer service, called me to get my order and the employee told me it takes 30 minutes. I came there after 30 minutes and they probably told me 15 minutes, I went back after 20 minutes and the manager told me it's pretty busy night, they can cancel my order, give me the gift card or refund me. If I ask how long they have to prepare my order, will the manager say? I can cancel your order.? Why are they wasting your time and being so rude? Yeah, they're busy and they really don't need customers. Don't waste your time here.

5 star hands down. The staff: Jose, Eunice, Midori, Winnie, Thu, and Grace are the greatest! The sushi is always fresh and super flavorful. You won't be disappointed! Just go try it!

this place has no problem stealing from customers. I made a phone statement last week. we picked up the order. came home to find out they forget one.
