Zabon Ramen - Reservar mesa

I ordered the Zabon wheels with two seasoned eggs and extra noodles, plus some fried dumplings. Personally, I found the dumplings to be the best part of the meal. Unfortunately, the ramen toppings were cold and lacked flavor. The noodles were acceptable but not remarkable. While the broth was hot, it also fell short in taste. Considering the prices, I can’t really recommend this place, except for the fact that it stays open late.

I ordered the spicy lemon pork bites and the miso ramen. Sadly, the pork bites were too salty for my taste; I found it difficult to enjoy them without the accompanying cabbage, which helped balance the flavor a bit. Did they add too much salt to the pork? As for the miso ramen, it was quite disappointing—nothing stood out as particularly special. On a positive note, the servers were very friendly.

As for the shoyu ramen, it came with a spice ball on the side. The ramen was light and flavorful, complete with all the usual toppings. The spice ball added a nice spicy kick, but I recommend using it sparingly to achieve your desired level of heat. If you add the whole thing, it can get very spicy quickly. Overall, I’d definitely recommend checking this place out!

This ramen restaurant is amazing! I had their signature Spicy Zabon ramen, and it was absolutely delicious. It was served in about 10 minutes and tasted incredibly fresh. We also got the gyozas, which were fantastic. The waitress was very friendly and welcoming. On top of that, there’s plenty of parking available for customers. Reserve uma mesa agora

I have no complaints about this place since they offered two vegan options on the menu: Vegan Miso Ramen and Vegan Miso Spicy Ramen. I tried the spicy version, and it was good, though I've definitely had better. I also ordered the vegan potato croquettes, which were crunchy and flavorful, but nothing extraordinary.

I had a very satisfying bowl of ramen. The spiciness seemed to come from mala, which somewhat overpowered the flavor of the broth. It could use a few more toppings to create a better balance. However, the gyoza was perfect—definitely a must-try if you find yourself here!

This restaurant has a relaxed and inviting atmosphere, with outstanding service and truly incredible food. I highly recommend it! We're already looking forward to our next visit for another giant bowl of perfectly cooked ramen—it's pure happiness in a bowl!

This is my favorite ramen restaurant! The service is always top-notch. I highly recommend the spicy miso ramen, spicy pork bites, and fried gyoza. Food rating: 5/5.
