Zachary's Chicago Pizza

I bought a large pizza at Zaks last week. While driving home I was cut off by a bicyclist having to slam on my brakes...the large pizza launched out of the seat and onto the floor board. I was pretty mad but was glad nobody was hurt. I gathered up what I could salvage of the pizza, returned to Zaks and explained what happened. Loren the manager on duty at that time. She immediately took charge of the situation, ordered another pizza of the same type and replaced the pizza at no extra charge. She was very compassionate and understanding. A true professional. She went above and beyond and out of her way to make an otherwise bad day good! Because of Loren is the reason I will always go to Zaks....

Came here years ago to get a pizza to go. The pizza we got was great, it's Chicago style but they have other style as well. I would come here again.

Their special pizza is absolutely the best! It 's a real pie crust filled with veggies and cheese on the bottom and a rich bolognese on top.
