Zaxby's Chicken Fingers Buffalo Wings

I am a manager of a restaurant and can tell you that whoever the manager of this place is, is a sorry excuse of a person. We ordered a 10 pc traditional wing (which is very obviously on the menu) and they offered to make it a meal with fries and a drink, we agreed and received a 5 pc wing with fries and bread and when I spoke with the manager he just kept repeating "we don 't have a 10 piece on our menu "how you promote someone to manage that doesn 't know their own menu is beyond me. I 'm a huge fan of Zaxby 's but I won 't be coming to the Lakeland location again knowing this is the leadership it 's under.

our first visit to zaxby’s came after a long day that dragged our son in florida polytechnic. I was pleased to find fried chicken, grilled wings and chicken salads to satisfy the different flavors of the three of us at the table. the young man at the theke was very patient with us out of towners and although we could definitely see the effects of inflation in the trips, overall it was a beautiful experience. we all enjoy spicy eating and can report that the hottest sauce we had was good in our ability to handle.?

the five chicken finger meal. I wanted to get my cherry coke and it tasted awful. they like to refill it with cherry coke from behind theke. I called to get my meal and after picking up and going to find a clean table, I noticed there was no knife. had to go back to the counter to get a knife. returned to my place and began to eat and chicken fingers were soggy and pommes were not cooked all the way through. I'm in the mud basket and I left. I won't try. four strikes are too much.

always good food at this location. The blonde manager in blue is always friendly and helping the staff when busy.
