Zaxby's Chicken Fingers Buffalo Wings

Clearly short-staffed and mismanaged. Walked inside for a carry-out order (had truck and trailer, wouldn 't fit through drive-thru). It took 45 mins to order and get our food, while drive-thru orders were handled much faster. Not to mention our fries were cold, chicken was so so. Disappointing experience...

Jacob and Mr. Jon are two big stars in this zaxbys. I love them so much. They take care of their customers. They make sure everyone is taken care of. Refilling drinks, cleaning the tables. Making sure we got the correct food. Amazing souls they are.

I’ve been here twice and both times they’ve messed up my order. The employees are nice. But my loaded fries had tomato’s and lettuce and no bacon or chicken. Vegan loaded fries???? Plus im allergic to tomatoes so thanks for the

We got two grilled chicken, cod salad and some delicious chicken. Fingers on a scale one to 10. I give them a 20 hands down

09/08/23- Order was wrong twice today. Staff was impatient and rude. Horribly managed restaurant. Total chaos.
