I and my friend were tented around brig, yes they hear right camping. we stayed close to this restaurant and had no idea before they entered that this is a bit higher class. so we entered our hiking shoes, sweating from all day adventure into this little one. Paradise piece hidden in the mountains over brig. despite our look and without reservation we were super nicely treated, have taken place and just enjoyed very nice experience. great service, cute starter, very good wein and super good ice. that was the last night of a week in wallis. my man has booked this restaurant and a friend is with us. that was great. two of us shared a starter and they kindly disassembled it for us. I'm glad we shared when they started. were very large. I ate the chicken cure, the Asian vegetables were perfectly cooked and delicious. our gast ate the garnel and they were soft and melted in the mouth. I was too busy savoring the huh to remember what my man and son ordered. oops worth the trip over brig. not missed

imposing when you see the building, the kitchen is also unique. typical Swiss style and great art. the service was very good. the wine recommendation excellent. the price was also quite expensive, typically in the Swiss. but overall it was very good

Top notch food and service and wine with great view. What can you expect more. Highly recommend. Easy to drive up there too.
