I joined because of the facilities; I stayed because of the people! Zest Gym is by far the best facility around. From the ownership to the trainers to the staff, they are by far the most likeable bunch in the business. The gym provides free weights, machines, a boxing ring and punchbag area, a good variety of cardio equipment, a mat area and a training rig something for everyone. Furthermore, various fitness classes are available throughout the week, with many held in one of the studios, while in the other studio, there are spinning bikes. If you have time at the end of your workout, there is also an area to chill out while having something to eat and drink. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend...

Quite old equipment, but there is a decent range of machines and free weights for a small gym. In need of a make over and the changing rooms/toilets badly need refurbishing.

Great Gym, a good mix of equipment lots of classes with a good choice. Good zoning of training areas and PT Instructors knowledgeable and friendly.
