Zia's Ristorante - Reservar uma mesa

here a few times and meal times are generally above average, but the service is a little missing. for a restaurant, with restaurant prices (also eat,) the service is more like a casual caffe and pretty hit and miss. I recently went to lunch, based on the winter lunch menu on zia website. the menu we were offered was not what was advertised on the website and had a much more restricted choice at least about the half. I mentioned this the waitress, but she said I must have seen the dinner menu online. in any case not and disappointing as this was the reason why we visited.

Three of us went here for dinner, hoping we'd found our new favourite Italian restaurant. Sadly it was not to be. We all had different mains and each was disappointing. The scallopini was spoilt by a very salty sauce that detracted from the meat. The chicken fettuccine did not seem home made, with what tasted like the equivalent of store bought ingredients.The pork belly, although beautifully cooked, was ruined by cold, not fresh mashed potato. Add in the price of each and, needless to say we won't be back. An expensive, disappointing experience.

The waitress we had tonight provided some of the best customer service we have experienced of late. The 2 pasta dishes we ordered were delicious, great coffee perfect arancini balls. Make sure you book on weekends because we had to be seated outside but luckily it was a nice evening. Will definitely be coming back!

eating was great, but service was very bad! it was not busy at all and it felt like we were not welcome! several times in the evening we were simply ignored and asked several times for service.

I'm really fond of this place. Service is good, flavour is fantastic and the ambiance is best described as intimate. Try the arancini they're delicious
