My sister and my brother-in-law have long been swarming from the “Waldgasthaus Zum Wilden Schmied”. Located in the Wiehengebirge, between Bergkirchen and Porta Westfalica, this inn is well known for locals. As I live near Celle, the visit was premiere on Friday, because my brother-in-law had his birthday. A very idyllic guest house in the middle of the forest. Those who do not shy about 20 min walk through the beautiful forest will be rewarded with an impressive view. We were served very nice and courteous and the food was really delicious. Only the possibility to pay with card should still be retrieved. I would like to make a very clear recommendation here. We enjoyed the stay very much.

I've been going there since I've been a kid. Beautiful hiking place in the Wiehengebirge. You can only recommend it there and hiking. Unfortunately, I have to take off a star at dinner. Since there has been mayonnaise to the bratwurst. What I didn't find so great now.
