We visited this beautiful little pub-style restaurant twice. Once for a quick drink in the evening and once for lunch. Our evening visit was quite short as we did not eat and they closed at 9.30 a.m. at night, but the service was friendly and we were trying to return for lunch the following day. As the middle of the Spargle season, it seemed a good idea to go for it. Within a minute or so the order was made a beautiful bowl of soup as an appetizer and the main course, Spargle in hollandaise sauce / potatoes and a piece of pineapple, a few minutes after the soup arrived. Sur un groupe d'une dizaine de personnes... Très déçu par la nourriture en particulier les viandes. Steak demandé pour la majorité medium mais au final trop cuite et vraiment dur. Idem pour les tranches de poulet. Plus aucun jus dans la viande et aucun goût. Même leur panaché (radler en allemand) semblait avoir été coupé avec de l'eau plutôt qu'une limonade. Bien que dedans, Nous sentions également la fumée provenant de l'extérieure. En comparaison d'autres restaurant de la région, très déçu. Je ne le recommande pas. G. Talasz

We were in Bingen and directed to this little restaurant. We were originally only the second table in the restaurant, but that changed quickly. The locals came in and the restaurant quickly filled out. The food was hot and delicious. The server was polite and fast. We really enjoyed the restaurant and would go back.

Had dinner in this little pub-style restaurant. The quality of the food we ordered was very good. Menu has a wide selection of pub-style food and beyond, for example regional specialties. Portions are generous. Very good wine. No large selection of desserts.

Food was basically German, but well cooked and well presented. Service was good and the portions excellent. It is also a meeting point for locals
