Zur Fischer-Idylle

Waren zum ersten Mal in der Fischer Idylle. Kleines süßes Restaurant geschmückt mit viel Fisch Dekoration. Das Essen ist alles andere als normal. Hier wird immer wieder mit tollen Ideen, ein neues Gericht kreirt. Ich hatte zur Vorspeise Saibling mariniert und als Hauptgang ein Lachs mit Bandnudeln und Käse. Alle Gerichte werden frisch zubereitet mit dem Fisch aus eigener Zucht. Im Sommer kann man draußen sitzen und den schönen Blick über die Zuchtteiche und Wälder genießen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

the fish breeding berries are served here freshly and on a special way. changing main dishes of the season, depending on, they can find on the map, like forelle caribbean from grill with mango, decomposed butter, bouillon kartoffeln and a mixed leaf salat. or how about trout from the grill with crushed butter and bouillon potatoes? tasty is also the criminal trout or the lemon trout, also from the grill and with dehydrated butter. here, quality and fresh are converted into non everyday dishes.

Very good cuisine and cosiness.Special requests are taken into account and in summer a small beer garden can be observed from which nature around the fish ponds can be observed. I can't understand why one gives a star without reason, but in further searches one finds with the lady almost only (90 negative reviews wherever, should be blocked because it is not properly evaluated. We often go to Dorschhausen to the Fischeridylle, have never been disappointed.

Very nice little place in which exclusively fish dishes are served by fish from own fish farming. The fish are prepared in a variety of ways and in some exceptional combination, but extremely tasty. The staff is very friendly and accommodating and is happy to meet special requests. The view in the small beer garden overlooking the fish ponds is very beautiful.

Cet établissement est le restaurant de la pisciculture que l'on voit de la terrasse ou du restaurant.Même si le lieu ne paye pas de mine, les truites servies sont excellentes, avec une préparation très minutieuse et digne d 'un grand restaurant, pour un prix défiant toute concurrence.Nous n'avons jamais mangé de truites aussi bien cuisinées.
