We landed here on 27.08.21 as tourists because we did not find a restaurant near our hotel in Jena. Even if we did not find a typical dining room at first glance, we were excellently served here. The carvings were very sweet and juicy, the supplements of excellent quality. My highlight was the sour meat. Even 70 and a lot came around, I like to cook myself, but I got such a great sour meat in the best local NIE. That was a 1 and I would like to learn from Wirt Holger. Should we come back to the area: we know where the path leads. Heartfelt thanks and all the good continues Ruth
