I've been staying in Bernkastel a few times. Just back from a 6-to-day stay. Every afternoon. Good institution... Stay put... Except friendly service... You can have anything. sandwiches, pies, cold dishes, Monday to Friday, choosing two menus and not expensive. It's in town. Choose, which doesn't make it as busy as it was visited in the lake Bernkastel. More of an advantage than a disadvantage. And less than 10 minutes from the Moezel Bridge! If we move to Bernkastel...
