Such a waste of good location and quality of space. The hotel has beautiful rooms and the roof is great. But the experience is pretty bad, because none of the employees seems to know what they are doing. The reception lasts half an hour for a simple check-in and answers questions incorrectly (e.g. I had no breakfast included and they told me that it was included and had charged me), the waiting staff in the restaurant can not take used dishes from the table without falling a steak knife on my leg, the room service is not accessible at all. It feels like everyone is working his first day in a hotel.

I have several locations in this hotel, Bar wonderfully also employees! A few years ago, this hotel use has great food specialties breakfast. Omg they outweigh terrible bakery section looks like left transitions from the Exto store. 4 breakfast day had the opportunity to get watermelon out again and again. I know the same thing in the afternoon of food quality restaurant is not good!! Get a real cook someone really cares

Our family always loves staying at the Holiday Inn in Bucaramanga. From the comfortable beds, super clean rooms, to the roof top pool with great views of the city, you won't regret picking this place. The people working here are super friendly and go out of their way to ensure you have a great stay. The mall is connected to the hotel via a short elevator ride and the mall has everything you could want.

Great service from super friendly staff. The rooftop pool and the restaurant are the reason why we stay here all Christmas.
