9 Merciere - Reservar uma mesa

Nous sommes Montpelliérains. Nous avons souvent l'occasion d'aller à Lyon et nous en profitons pour aller diner au Mercière : nous en apprécions la cuisine et le service. Jusqu’à samedi dernier (05/09/2015).Nous y sommes donc retourné, contents d'y inviter des amis. Nous avons diné à l'intérieur, au rez-de-chaussée, côté cuisine comme cela nous était déjà arrivé par le passé. Mais cette fois, la soirée fut assez pénible. D'abord parce que la cuisine était beaucoup moins bonne qu'à l'habitude voire tout à fait quelconque ; mais également à cause d'un bruit de cuisine assourdissant. Le personnel semble se complaire à manipuler assiettes et couverts le plus brutalement possible, sans aucune con...

This restaurant is part of a small chain, with all three other branches in Paris. The restaurant is large, and also has (limited) outdoor seating. The menu is extensive but not overwhelming, and is focused on the house specialty: noodle dishes. The fresh noodles are made on the spot, and you can watch the process in the open kitchen and even from the glass window outside the restaurant. I've had a good green bean salad for starter, then an excellent noodle dish. The dishes are relatively authentic (non-westernized) and very tasty. Prices were fair. Unfortunately there is no English menu, but the waiters were friendly and helped me around. Highly recommended.

I have just gotten back from a trip from Lyon. I jumped my computer as soon as I got home just yo mention how great 9 Merciere was! Apart from the great ambiance and beautiful people, the ribsteak and the staff were the best I have ever experienced. Yes, the ribsteak was an amazing experience. This is a must in Lyon. Make yourself a favor and go. Cheers!

Une cuisine autour de nouilles ... bonnes et très digestes ... Un rapport qualité prix correct. Le seul bémol c'est que les Saint Jacques sont pas comme dans les établissements à Paris! Ici c'est que trois petits pétoncles dans votre assiette! Sinon cela reste un resto appréciable.
