I am extremely embarrassed to have hosted a business dinner here during the annual reinsurance conference.Whilst I appreciate the restaurant is relatively new ( previously the Stahlbad) , the menu bore almost no resemblance to the internet menu shown when I booked it a month or two previously ; the wine list was totally inadequate for a business dinner with only 5 choices of white and 5 red wines and a level of service amongst the poorest I have experienced in almost 30 years of business diningIt took half an hour to take our order, another 10 minutes to bring our wine - unfortunately without a corkscrew or glasses - so we had to sit drinking water and eating fairly tasteless bread until a m...

Amorino was never a suitable succesor to the Stahlbad. It finally closed last year. New owners re-opened in April 2016 under the wellknown name of Stahlbad to continue the tradition of the restaurant long establed for many years in this city. It remains to be...More
