It is the third time I go. Their Cocido Montañés justifies it. It's excellent. In the area I found several restaurants that boasted of having won the first prize for Cocido Montañés; I don't think the one in La Central is inferior. Great kindness on the part of all the staff, who understand perfectly that you have come to enjoy, and that therefore you wait, or that the table is partially in the sun or that they can give you an extra, which if you ask for it right away is not the same as past...
