Once again a perfect lunch. Seasonal Saint Jacques on a leek bed with an amazing chorizo sauce. Then a honey lamb as surprising as a copious and melting. A pleasant service despite the youth of the employees, not yet experienced but with the will to do well.

Frame is beautiful. The beautiful room. Too bad the atmosphere is impersonal. It lacks warmth at the reception. The menu this time is not very original. But very good. The whipped year in all the deserts.
