After making purchase on an app and heading to the restaurant for pickup, they stated the order was not received. The woman who came to the window was snarky and refused to look at the app or credit card receipt confirming payment and order. She did reluctantly look at it after I insisted and still refused the order. minutes later she called to say she got the order and I could come back, I asked for a refund and she stated that it would come back to my credit card if the order wasn’t received. Today I found out that they took the money and it was not reversed. The restaurant's doors are locked at 8am, but the drive-through is open. I can't support a business that doesn't accommodate customers who can't fit through a drive-through with their trailer or truck. Disappointed that they don't cater to all customers. Reviewed on May 12, 2021.

The doors are locked, but the draw is open, so you can't enter. This could be a deterrent for customers and might keep some people from coming in if they don't realize it's locked. Reserve uma mesa agora
