A&W Restaurant - Reservar mesa

I recently tried the Cheddar Uncle Burger meal combo at this restaurant and it was prepared very well. I have visited this location multiple times for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, and the service is always fast and the food is consistently delicious. The fries are some of the best in town, not overly salty like other places. Their coffee is especially great. The restaurant is usually very clean, although the seats could be wiped down more frequently. The drive-thru service is generally good with no mistakes. Take-out, picked up inside restaurantOmg, the Cliffe Avenue location needs to know that the burgers we got there yesterday around 5 pm were reprehensible! We have patronized the place for years, without an issue. Not recently, though.But this was the worst we’ve had in our life, and we are old.The cheese on the burger was literally unrecognizable. It was a grey, pasty thin slab of ? The flip side was an oily orange. Both our burgers were dry and sawdust-like in consistency. The lettuce was likely a week old. Plus, I the orders were mixed up. The food we were served was so bad that we felt like something pulled out of the trash would have tasted better. We were also disappointed to find out that the milkshakes we ordered were actually just blended ice. The bathrooms, both male and female, had a strong smell of urine and the male bathroom had a puddle of something unpleasant under the urinal. To top it off, there was a dried booger on the urinal. The supervisor on duty was rude and unhelpful. We do not plan on ever returning to this establishment.

Place was virtually empty except for 3 other people waiting to order while listening to a very loud, negative, and opinionated employee giving her unwanted opinion of Courtenays street people. NOT COOL! Very unprofessional! Reserve uma mesa agora
