Amazing! I agree, this place is almost impossible to make a reservation. In fact, I made a reservation for mid Nov 4 months ago. We didn’t opt for the Omakase, but we did a combination of a la cart items and omakase nigiri/sashimi combo. Every piece of fish was super fresh, highlights being the chutoro, botan ebi, and Hokkaido scallops. You could tell that everything was prepared with care. For example, we ordered hand cones and the moment the chef was finished making it, it was delivered to our table within seconds so the seaweed wasn’t soggy. World-class sushi! That's the best sushi I ever had in Canada. You must book in advance (Monate for Omakase). The quality of food and service is incomparable. My father, who is resident abroad, is here for dinner as sushi his favorite. He traveled well, and he said this was there with top sushi restaurants he was to. They are very good with allergies, the service is tailored and very attentive. The food is perfectly prepared and the passion that goes into it is very obvious. Regarding what to order... Literally one of the best experiences! Azito apparently means a secret place in Japanese, and it is certainly a hidden treasure.
