Bachir - Reservar mesa

We went to bachir's stomach full of hope after all the so-called hyrambican reviews, especially since I am a pistachio lover. And here, surprise for each one. Ice creams have little or no taste! and yet we have taken six perfumes. It's impossible to differentiate the pistachio from the almond. milk chocolate and bitter chocolate were very disappointing and missing flavors. The same is true for the rose ice and the house whipped. What a disappointment!I tell myself that we may have fallen a bad day, but we will not hear the experience, the game is not worth the candle. I don't understand the other opinions.

Achta ice (milk cream with orange blossom totally covered with crushed pistachio) is really, really, really, really very good. The elastic texture, the subtle but present taste, the scary of pistachio...I also taste the sorbets with rose petal, pistachio and intense chocolate. taste is present, except perhaps for pistachio, too fade, but it has nothing extraordinary. but they have at least the merit of not being too sweet, which is very appreciable. Be careful at the prices, it's not given.

The milk ice flavoured with orange blossom and covered with pistachio is a speciality that really worth the detour. Ice cream is organic and eggs free. very tasty but perhaps there are a little more original perfumes and the speciality prices are a little high!
