The security staff were impolite and unprofessional. The bartender disregarded my concerns until I insisted and eventually received a complimentary replacement drink. The restaurant only accepted cash, with a high $7 ATM fee and the ATM did not even work with my valid card. There was also a $20 deposit fee. There was an incident on the dance floor, so it is best for women to avoid going alone or in an all-female group. The establishment was filled with rowdy patrons. It is advisable to stay vigilant and have a good time with caution.
The restaurant must improve in several areas. As a regular customer, I was disappointed to see it nearly empty early in the evening, which really killed the vibes. The manager's response to complaints seems to be offering a refund, but they need to address the underlying issues. Recent reviews have given them an average of 1.3 stars, with some mentioning bad music/DJs, aggressive bouncers, and dishonest bartenders. If they want to dispute these claims, they need to provide evidence to back up their defense.
