Blend - Reservar uma mesa

We were here on a saturday afternoon while transferring to another train at another station. So we had a couple of hours to take in Paris before moving on. We opted for Blend because it was located perfectly between Gare du Nord and d'Austerlitz. We...were seated on the sidewalk as it was allready blistering hot. The mail waiter was nice and helpfull and after me stumbling in my best French, helped us in English. We had a burger and shared sweet potato fries with a couple of cold wines. The food and wine was gooood and sitting on that sidewalk in the sun is just lovely. This isnt a cheap place but if you value a good burger, nice wine and good service in a nice ambiance, it is worth it!

cool setting in a great area with chic local customers and good music. Cheap for pickup and delivery, friendly staff but eating is awfully overpriced for sandwiches in an iron basket and overcooked fries served in a paper holder (for extra 5th euro! if they think that no cute no wasting therefore less personal and spending them wondering why it is so expensive and that has everything else than cool. some even offer great burgers that they can also eat with the fingers if they want. over the top.

we stumbled at this place an evening and we were starving! it was the perfect meal, just what we believed. we both ordered the came burger (which is somehow awkward in English) and loved him. it is very cheesy and rich, highly recommended...if they are a cheese lover. they were from regular pommes when we arrived and instead got sweet potatoes. I'm really disappointed with sweet potato fryers, as they are often soggy. they were crispy and came with a delicious butter to go with it!

it wasn't what I expected, but it was really good! had a tomato sauce in the burger, so it was more like a sloppy joe. the salat was great, I agree that the dressing was not well mixed with the consistency of goat cheese, but. it was delicious. marco and yolanda took care of us very well, because our French is not good. there were some cold French beer to go and it was a great meal.

I liked the BBQ sauce and the rolls. the fries looked good, but were chewing. the veggie patties were tasteless, mostly tasted carrots and flour. the burgers sounded better on the menu when they came out.
