Blu Ginger Indian Restaurant

This is good restaurent dont get me wrong, as my experience goes some curries feel exact the same sauce of either Tandoori OR some Vege curry sauce. we often eat/order from this and then you realise that cooks/chefs may be use the same sauce/gravy for other curries. Which is unacceptable in my view for the paying money for thier customers. I hope it will change and if not people who loves curry will soon realised that, & mind you Restaturent is in towers and people expect good food in Piazza as far i'm aware, if not this can go unnoticed soon. dont think it should happen to this place because this adds a difference to Piazza with same food around.

A family dinner should not be stress - had to ask for a food menu and drinks menu - don't worry we'll just get it ourselves and we did. Then you wait wait wait for a very rude waitress (person) to take your order - you feel like they are doing you a favour. I don't expect to find a stone in my Vegetable curry - did it break a tooth? I'll let you know. We don't like to find a black hair in our rice and when we asked for another rice it was TOO DIFFICULT - what's wrong with the rice you have - HAIR!!! NO NO NO - Blu Ginger Indian Restaurant is not a restaurant we will return to - NO NO NO

I payed $15 more than what I pay at maharaja lake side at Bella vista lake. Maharaja is 100 times better!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! No atmosphere and the waitress who didn't seem to care about service was also wearing a pink sequence track suit jumper! We left so many left overs and left within 15 mins even though I said the food was bad they didn't ask for any feedback or offer an apology.

No service - waited 15 minutes before a sour faced waitress asked for our order - not interested - 4 people- not hard to do - they seemed to bring what they wanted and NOT what we ordered - pot luckRAW Raw chicken - this is a health risk - they should be reported We did not feel well the next dayWould never go back hereYUK

love how Blu Ginger is back to its original management, the food is back to its great taste and friendly staff.
