Booster Juice - Reservar uma mesa

I ordered a Funky Monkey smoothie today, and while the drink itself was fine, the service I received from the woman behind the counter was frankly quite unpleasant and made for an uncomfortable experience. Her name tag read something like "Palauk." I observed her treating one of the younger employees very poorly, which was disheartening and left me and several other customers feeling uncomfortable. This employee needs to improve her behavior.

I used to stop by this restaurant before work when I was across the street, and it was always quick, reliable, and excellent. The staff is amazing and consistently made my mornings a perfect 10/10.

I was charged twice and have yet to get my money back because they can't locate the transaction in their system. I've shown them my statements that clearly indicate the double charge.

Consistent product. Service is hit and miss. Sometimes a lot of staff and sometimes not enough.
