Boston Pizza - Reservar mesa

We visit Boston Pizza often in our city, so wanted to try the Boston Pizza on our trip to Brooks as it was across the street from our hotel. The greeters were somewhat friendly, but a bit terse. The waitress was the one who really made the meal unenjoyable. She was unfriendly and inattentive. Hard to believe she is employed - very poor at her job. She did not smile at us and completely ignored our pre-teen children. She did not offer them their dessert - we had to ask for it! We were not asked if we wanted a refill at all. My husband has to ask for a water refill. My gluten free pizza was over cooked, almost burned, and was lacking sauce. It was dry and tasteless. I order this same pizza at...

While staying in Brooks, went out for supper at the Boston Pizza which was just across the street from our hotel. Being from Edmonton AB, we have enjoyed dining in a number of BP's here in the city. Unfortunately we didn't get to dine in the Brook's BP. On arrival we were promptly seated in the bar area (our request as the Blue Jays were playing on TV) and served our drinks (water) and that was that. The bar and restaurant was not that busy (a Friday night) but we seemed to be totally ignored. There were a couple of waitresses on duty, they would just walk past our table. As a Brit visiting Brooks I popped in to see if they had the European Champions Cup on - and they did.So I'm sitting here with a delicious Rickards Red and enjoying the game with a number of other people.The place is very big, clean and the staff are very efficient.There are about 13 big screens. It's a great place to come to watch sport and have a drink.

I've eaten in several BP's over the years, and the Brooks location is one of the top best. They moved to their present location a few years back, and it's proven to pay off well. Their current spot is high vis, right at the north entrance to Brooks off the Trans Canada. Great atmosphere, love the food, and the staff is fantastic. Reserve uma mesa agora

By Thursday they've run out of many menu items and beers. Delivery truck comes on Fridays. Restaurant was clean, staff were very nice and apologized! It wasn't their fault, they honestly did their best!Usual Boston pizza fare, was good and hot, just disappointing not to be able to order what you actually want.

Service was great, but a fairly long wait for dessert. The dessert we waited for was pretty melted by the time it got to us, too. Other than that, great pizza, great salad (though we did have to ask for the croutons, which had been left off for some reason) and a pleasant server.

food is consistant from being within a chain, staff friendly and helpful, kitchen needs to clean up utensils better, takes away from dinner

Typical franchise with ok service. Anytime we've experienced an issue, the manager has made it right.
