B.q House - Reservar uma mesa

Ordered at 5.10pm on a Saturday, minimum for delivery was £25 so had to order more than we actually wanted but that was our problem not theirs. Site stated 60 mins for delivery not unexpected for a Saturday night. Waited till 6.25pm then rang to see if it was coming they guy that answered said I 'll check and hung up!! 5 minutes later I got an email saying my food would be delivered by 7.09pm, 2 hours after ordering. It turned up at 7.08pm with the driver saying we crazy busy, they had my number they could have just let me know!!! I 'd like to say it was worth the wait but I would be lying. Had takeout delivery. Pizza, Burger 2 Kebabs. Waited well over an hour 1/2 for delivery. Queried delay by phone and got a stressed abrupt response with phone being put down before call ended. When food finally arrived it was awful, kebabs beyond dry, extremely salty, pizza burnt, garlic pizza greasy and salty. Will never use again just awful!

I was over charged for my food, when challenged nothing was done, took the food home it was awful, never again, very poor service, attitude of being the only late place that opens for food!!! Eastern Delight is the best….

If I could give zero star I would. Over two hours for food to be delivered when we called to ask where it was got told it was in the oven and that’s it no time etc. when it finally arrived the pizza and burgers were cold.

Pizza was lovley cooked within 10 mins friendly staff. Prices were reasonable. Will call in again if passing
