Bruster's Real Ice Cream

Got to the window to order. It was raining and already loud outside. When I tried to place my order it was clear she was having a hard time hearing me and I was trying to repeat my order multiple times. No issue. I understand it 's late and it 's already hard to hear outside due to heavy rain. I have her a tip regardless in hopes she would be in a slightly better mood as the store was dealing with a good bit of business before closing. As I left and got to a light I noticed my order was not complete and had a missing item. This is frustrating after I already dealt with attitude at the window, and left a tip. I would hope that after paying 17$ for ice cream that wouldn 't even fill up a pint...

My kids are always begging me to stop here and we do stop too often. Lol. The staff is amazing the ice cream is great. I can’t wait I ordered my first birthday cake from here. Can’t wait to try it. On my last visit the staff member Ashley helped us out because after all the times we’ve been there my kids still have trouble deciding what to get. She was very helpful, sweet and informative of the products. I can’t not thank you enough. From when we walked up to when we left the staff was on it. Customer after customer they never skipped a beat and always had a pleasant smile on their face. That’s true customer service. Trust me we will be back.

What an awesome place. Have been coming here for years and it's simply the best and freshest ice cream around. The server told me they make it onsite every day. I haven't met a flavor I don't like. They're all so good. Treat yourself today, every day. You'll be glad you did! Thanks for the delicious, after a hard day's work, treat. See you tomorrow :

I came to this location with my granddaughters, and got 2 waffle cones with cotton candy and cookies cream. I asked if they have sugar free options, and the manager gave me a scoop of fudge ripple and cinnamon. I really love the cinnamon! He also gave me coupons for free ice cream cones! I will definitely come back!

They have some great flavors of ice creams. They also great toppings. This makes a good variety of sundae choices. The sundae I had was delicious. I had an unusual combination of flavors but it worked out very well.
