Burger King - Reservar uma mesa

really terrible. even on a scale of this a burger king, this is easily the worst burger king I have tried to order food from. when I first tried to order the mobile app, they said they couldn't complete the order because they lost power. no big thing, but they couldn't refund me either, I had to get in touch with the company to get a refund. That's pretty annoying. then I went back and put a mobile order, they told me that they could not see my mobile job, so I filed it again, could not see it yet. I checked my bank account and had 3 fees for the same order, the manager told me that they have nothing to do with the app, they can't refund the orders, they can't do anything, and that I had to...

very unprofessional and bad customer service. kasse made a mistake and sat laughing there and spoke for real and went away without saying anything else. she was very unapologetic and we could see how she and other employees laugh and sniff. with empty fringes and only a general lack of decor. I understand that this can be their first job, but the lack of professionalism must be addressed.

waiting in the car drive, they can hear, complain, cure and talk about some problems in the back of the device. I wasn't even in the drive-dru window, they were piled up by the müll dose / small cubic behind the load. this burger king is always busy I took as it was one of the first almost food sites that they arrive at the farm so my eating took some time, but overall it was okay.

Whopper was dry!!! Had a tablespoon worth of mayonnaise on it, only on the bottom bun??? Tomatoes and lettuce were the stars of this sandwich.Is it me or has the whopper lost weight?They used to have a jingle that said, it takes two hands to handle a whopper cause the burgers are bigger at Burger King Not the case today.

this is the next burger king to our house that we eat from time to time, and as usual we had to wait 10 or more minutes for our eating. they're a little slow. they also get our orders regularly wrong, so check their bags before leaving!
