Burger King - Reservar uma mesa

I am not one to complain, but my kids were in the car and hungry. I understand staff shortages and I understand there may be a wait. However after being in the drive-through line for 25 minutes I finally reached the window and she gave me a flat diet Coke, when I asked for a regular Coke. She then proceeded to tell me that the card machine just stopped working and asked me if I had cash. I did not. she took the food back from me and I asked her about another register said no. I told another lady that maybe they should tell everybody else that has been waiting in line that the card machine is not working so that they don't wait for nothing like I just fix and she shrugged her shoulders thirty...

This is the worst experience I've ever had at a restaurant. The night manager refused to even provide his name when I asked for it. The app didn't work on three consecutive visits, and during the third visit, I wasn't charged the full price. The night manager was completely rude and dismissive about all the issues. I should have re-read the reviews before going again.

This is the worst Burger King I've ever been to. My orders are always incorrect, the staff seems unwilling to work, and their service is both terrible and rude. The manager doesn't seem to be doing anything about it.

I had an awful experience with the customer service here, which is unusual for me to express. The establishment was not clean, and I found insects on my sauce packets. I won’t be returning.

Place is an absolute dump. Microphone at drive through never works, credit card machine is constantly down, employees are hostile and rude and on top of that the food is awful.
