Cafe Gatoni - Reservar uma mesa

Had a terrible experience this afternoon. Decided to try this cafe inside as it was raining and wet outside where I usually go. A customer signalled that she was finishing and that I could take her table, so I was waiting when the waitress walked past & rudely asked what I was doing, I explained I was waiting for a table & she just pointed to the side and rudely told me to go and sit any where. I explained again that I was just about to go the table behind their kitchen. Sat there for about 5 mins waiting to be served while she walked past me twice. Finally a different waitress came to ask if I'd been looked after, she was polite and took my order then then the initial rude waitress brought...

I had breakfast at this restaurant today and it was a disappointing experience. We waited a very long time to receive our food, which turned out to be quite average. The table next to us had been waiting for half an hour just to get their drinks, and when they did, their order was incorrect. It seemed like all the tables around us were facing similar issues, with long wait times and mixed up orders. Our food arrived before our drinks, even though we had only ordered tea. It's surprising that they couldn't even get black tea right. I mentioned my dissatisfaction to someone at Myers and they shared a similar experience, also noting the subpar service. Has breakfast there today. Waited a really long time to get an ordinary breakfast - the ladies next to us has been waiting half an hour for their drinks and they got the order wrong. In fact all the tables around us seem to be waiting for a while and each in turn had an incorrect order. We basically had our food arrive well before our drinks and we ordered tea , how hard is it to organise - 2 black teas? Will not be returning- as I mentioned this to someone at Myers they mentioned a similar experience and also commented on the very ordinary art service. In a customer oriented industry they lacked attention to detail. Would not bother going back.

We had afternoon tea here. They have the best apple strudel. The coffee was great and our waitress with long blonde hair was very pleasant. Sorry that I can't remember her name. We were looking for a quiet spot away from the noise and this...is great for that.

Ordered a smashed Avo got a free worm in the salad dressing when asked to redo it got back the same dish without the worm not coming back here yuck! Btw
