A mid sized Waterstones an excellect bookshop with a wide range of books together with other reading related products, similar to other shops in the chain. It has a well stocked children's area along with good selections on reference, music, art, travel and maps, self help, medical, fiction and local interest. The staff, many of whom have been there a good few years are knowledgeable and very helpful. The cafe is good and roomy for the size of shop but can become crowded at popular times. This is a fantastic bookstore with a well-thought-out design, and they always offer great deals. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. On the stairs, you'll find a spacious café serving drinks and light snacks. There are also accessible restrooms on the upper floor, along with an elevator connecting the ground floor to the first floor.

Lovely selection of books The cafe section does a lovely cappuccino when it's open. 70% off on most books. There's even a book shelf with books ranging from a pound up to 8 pound and some of the books rrp is 18 pound so that's a real bargain.

if they love books, they will not be disappointed here. so many books you can just grab, sit and relax with. on the 2nd level there is a caffe in the upper floor and more books. each age group has an option. also great gift selection.
