Captain D's - Reservar mesa

The drive-thru line was quite long and moved slowly. However, the customer service at both the speaker and the window was good. Unfortunately, the spicy battered fish was old and dry, which was disappointing given the enticing commercials and images on the menu board. The breadstick was tough as well. On a positive note, the regular battered fish and fries were decent. I've had good experiences at this location before, which is why I've returned multiple times. However, after my visit yesterday, I think it will be a while before I come back to try anything new. That said, I am willing to give them another chance.

The staff at this restaurant are incredibly patient as I take my time deciding on my order, whether it's for myself or someone else. The food is quite good, but I've encountered a significant issue with accessing the restaurant. The entrance is small and easy to miss, and I often struggle to find parking nearby. In fact, I don't think I've parked at the restaurant itself more than once or twice, and I've usually had to make a U-turn to get there.

The customer service is horrible. They female at the window attitude needs much work.....the individual taking the orders not professional at all. She hadn't taken my order when I got to the window. She lied saying I didn't say anything when she asked. I'm assuming that was why the wait was more than 15minutes with 3 cars in front of me. In my opinion people that don't want towork should stay home. However the foods was good.

I must say that Captain D's offers a consistently excellent experience, no matter where I visit in the U.S., whether it's Ohio, Texas, or Georgia. The fish is always delicious. When I relocated to Georgia, I was excited to discover a Captain D nearby. The staff was very friendly and courteous. Overall, I would rate the fish as fantastic! Reserve uma mesa agora

I'm not sure what has changed, but this was my first visit in about six or seven months, and my whole family ended up getting sick. I don't know if the food wasn't stored correctly or cooked properly, but this has never happened to us during previous visits.

Haven't had Captain D's in a very long time.... 3 years to be exact. I was so excited to enjoy their fish, coleslaw and hush puppies. But once I tasted the fish it was soooooooooo salty....!!!!! Very salty and I don't think I'll be going back anytimesoon

The customer service was really friendly, and the food was served fresh and promptly. The dining area was clean and welcoming. It's worth noting that the drive-thru service has noticeably slowed down since the pandemic, which is understandable.

I like Captain D's, from Ohio to Texas, and now Georgia. The fish was fresh and delicious. I've been through the ride, it was waiting a long time, but we'll be worth it. And the last thing about the widow was very nice and friendly. Reserve uma mesa agora

The food was enjoyable, and the person taking orders at the front was really friendly. However, I had to wait in line for a while during the dinner rush, and I noticed some roaches crawling up the wall, which was quite off-putting.

I don't know what's changed, but this was the first time in about 6 or 7 months I'm here and my whole house got sick. Not sure if the food was not properly stored or cooked, but that never happened to eat it before.
