Carrefour Express - Reservar uma mesa

I give 3 stars only for the kindness of one of the employees (Marie). Regarding the entire store, despite the variety of products and the cleanliness of the store, the atmosphere is heavy. A super unpleasant manager who always has something to say about everything. A psychorigid woman who refuses a package 10 minutes before the scheduled time (convenience store proximity to her customers). She also refuses 100 euro notes even though this is not mentioned at the checkout. Really a shame because this little store has everything it needs to succeed and serve the residents of our town. I don't need an answer...

Welcoming and pleasant staff, which is not the case for a dark-haired lady wearing glasses, who I think is the manager, given her authoritarian behavior, who had a condescending attitude. I will no longer have my packages delivered to this store, perhaps to the great pleasure of this lady, who seems to be bothered by this task that she nevertheless chose to do. A big lack of professionalism and friendliness. Avoid anything involving sending/receiving packages.

I go there quite often because I live nearby when 2 3 things are missing and I am a little shocked at the lack of professionalism (colleagues who literally yell at each other even though it is in no way our business). Some people are fed up, I think, which makes them not always pleasant with customers... It's a shame even if I have always personally been served properly.

I have lived in Mazingarbe for 13 years, I have nothing to say about the store and the staff and also the owner who likes to tease me when you see me lol. I love going shopping in this store. I highly recommend the team, have a good evening.

Does not want to deliver a package at 9:25 a.m. on the pretext that the packages are from 8 p.m. Nowhere is this mentioned. I moved for nothing
