Castel Damandre - Reservar uma mesa

We had a lovely meal here, with only 2 small grumbles. 1) We were not allowed to eat outside on the very pretty terrace which was a shame as the weather was so nice and the grounds very pretty. 2) The menu has not changed in the 3 years we have been coming here and could do with a tweak!

restaurant is downstairs, so a bit dark and poor phone reception. 5 star menu is good, but I ate two days in a row and more than half of the ingredients are re-used from the previous day. Also expensive for what it is. Personnel was very friendly.

A year after my last review, the promise of quality I observed then has not matured- On my most recent visit, I thought the buffet seafood was of poor
