Chapter 2 Coffee Shop

My partner and I tried the seitan and chilli seitan burgers at this restaurant last week. The seitan seemed to be made in-house and it was delicious. I especially liked the addition of the 'cheese' on top. The atmosphere was cozy, although it was a bit quiet during our visit. They offer a wide variety of vegan options and the staff is very knowledgeable about vegan cuisine. The prices were very reasonable as well. I would highly recommend this place.
