Charred Brick Oven

My...my...my what an amazing time. When my family and I got there the place was packed and we were told it would be at least an hour wait for a table of six. We decided and after almost 45 minutes the crowd became less and I didn 't get a call. I thoughtthe night, because it was close to closing time, was ruined but when I went in to check the hostess said our table was ready andshe had tried calling but maybe took my number down wrong. That was the only hiccup. We ordered appetizers, amazing! Thezucchini chips were the best I 've had to date. The family loved the Bavarian pretzel. The main course got even better. Excellent food and friendly staff. I was a bit surprised on how good the food was, their wings and pizza were cooked to perfection and the money bags pasta may be my new favorite dish. There is so much more stuff we want to try. My only complaintis that we sat at the bar and they had a news station cycling through nothing but politics. I don't mind a TV at the bar but itshould be tuned to sports or something less intense. We go out to eat to escape the daily grind.

Long Island pizza places dont understand that pizza is best served well done! Charred is a brick oven restaurant that gets it right! Located on the corner of Jackson Ave Merrick Rd in Seaford this place is making crispy well done pies left right! Ifyou go ask for Taso hes the man will take great care of you! If you dont want to eat raw pizza go to Charred live life welldone the real New York way!
